Has anyone integrated the Kenexa Web service api into sharepoint or .net for recruiting and talent management? I am going to do this for my new company, and it seems like a complex xml configuration. Can anyone share their experiences?
Their technology terms include 2x BrassRing, Talent Gateway, etc.
It seems that their web service allows the client site user interface to pass request parameters and connect to their database and search APIs and, finally, lead to some search results.
