Face recognition and face recognition technology in the phone

Question

I want to measure parts of the face, such as the distance between two eyes, the nose, the length and height of the lips. I like to use one template for this.

Please let me know if there is a way to implement this technology in the Phonegap framework.

Is there a telephone plug-in available on the market? OR give me ideas for implementing such a tool.

I created the iOs plugin. It returns an array of faces. Each face has a rectangle of face, and point of view and mouth.
