Tag autocomplete using PHP (e.g. SO)

Question

Is there a jQuery plugin (preferred) for tags, like for? When you submit a question, the Tags field allows you to enter tags.

I need something that will allow you to enter any part of the tag, and x sentences for this tag will be generated, like something like a drop-down menu. Another requirement is that when you enter the next tag, more sentences will be created, and when you click on the proposed tag, it will complete the tag entry and not just add it to the input field.

I saw that this is done on many sites, but can not find a plugin for this.
