I am communicating with 3 modules: opencv_core opencv_calib3d opencv_imgproc. What am I missing?

Edit I added the opencv_flann library and reduced the number of errors. But where are cv :: line or, for example, cv :: rectangle defined?

The problem was the order of the libraries. The correct order is:

 LOCAL_STATIC_LIBRARIES := libopencv_calib3d opencv_features2d opencv_flann opencv_imgproc opencv_core 

So, the basic principle is that you should declare the libraries in the reverse order of their dependencies (for example, * opencv_imgproc * depends on * opencv_core * and * opencv_features2d * depends on * opencv_imgproc *, etc.).

You are missing opencv_highgui and maybe opencv_features2d .

cv::rectangle is defined in opencv_core .

Make sure your file is linked to all of these libraries.

You can also see the output of pkg-config --static --libs opencv to arrange the libraries in the correct order.
