Eclipse Logcat filter plus sign not showing

Question

I have been using eclipse with Android for quite some time, and all of a sudden I don’t see a filter (plus the “+” sign) to filter logs by tags. I saw all the buttons, but still I can’t get the + sign. Have any of you encountered the same problem. Please let me know the fix. Thanks. Phew! ..

On the right side of your Logcat, click the icon named Display Saved Filters (next to the scroll icon).
