Rapid App Prototyping Tools for Android and iOS

Expression Blend + SketchFlow provides a template for rapid prototyping of Windows Phone applications, which is very useful especially when in the early stages you plan to separate application functionality and layout functions with the client. The template provides very similar user interface elements, such as summary and panoramic controls, as well as the real controls provided by the SDK.

I wonder if there are templates for the Android and iOS platforms that mimic the exact user interface elements on each platform. Does anyone know where I can find?
