How to view my Heroku database records

I am using Heroku for my Ruby on Rails application. Is there a good tool for viewing records in my database? and change it?

There is an addon for the db console in the hero. This is not official, but I think it was made by the team to the hero. See https://github.com/ddollar/heroku-sql-console
