Balsamiq for network diagrams or architecture

Question

I like the sketchy look of Balsamiq and the ability to quickly create projects. I would like to be able to do the same for architectural diagrams, but Balsamiq has no objects for these drawings.

Visio and PowerPoint work fine, but the interface is in the way. (search for objects, etc.). The end result is also too polished and formal, which is bad at the conceptual stage of the new system.

Is there another tool that works like Balsamiq that will work for architecture diagrams? White board + camera is good, but I do not always have a board.

Balsamiq's CEO often received this request and dropped it at first because he did not want to dilute the focus of the instrument. It seems that he can change his mind, as the request receives a lot of user support and is now marked as “under review” .

I downloaded the shapes and installed my Balsamiq assets in the Dropbox folder, which gives me access to them from any computer I'm working on.
