Launch of the C # Logitech G19 SDK?

Does anyone have a sample, tutorial, or link on how to use the Logitech G19 keyboard SDK with Visual Studio 2010 and C # to program the LCD? I can't find anything for C #.

There is a lot of information that seems to help you get started with C # for the G19 SDK here , but this forum requires you to register before you can access any of them. In addition, here are two shells for the G15 and G19 SDKs (the wrapper for G15 is mostly compatible with G19):
