Convert document document file to chm file

I want to convert a doc file to a chm file. I have already used winChm to convert a document to chm, but winChm is not free software. Is there a free dock code for chm converter?

You must save your document in HTML using Microsoft Word and then using MS Help Workshop (free software) to convert it to a chm file.
