I have two developer accounts and one iOS device. Can I add one iOS device to two different Apple developer accounts? (I mean UDID)

I had a client iPod on both my developer account and his developer account, and this worked for me, at least. If you think that someone UUID can be under several accounts (i.e. Beta tester), you will have to think that this is a common occurrence.
