How do I make chrome display the Save As dialog when I click on the download link?

Question

I am using WebKitBlobBuilder in chrome to create a text file on the user side.

Now I need to show the Save As dialog, allow the user to choose in which folder to put the newly created file. (In chrome)

"Save as dialog", no browser settings.

How? Thanks!

The menu "Settings → Show advanced settings → Downloads" opens. Check the "Ask where to save the file before downloading" option. And try it!
