Through Google, I found another stackoverflow question regarding the differences and similarities between Azure AppFabric and Windows Server AppFabric. It was mentioned that both versions of AppFabric come together or even merge together. This message is almost 2 years old, and today in 2012 I am still struggling with the attempt to cancel the plan behind both versions of AppFabric.
From my point of view, I have worked with Azure AppFabric (Caching, Service Bus, ACS), and I am familiar with it. But if you look at the Server AppFabric product website, I'm confused. Am I mistaken or is a caching service the only thing that both technologies have in common?
thanks
edit: (At the very least, caching related classes and interfaces seems indentical, is this correct?)
