Outlook add-in. Place the form in place of the message bar and reading pane

Can someone tell me how to display the form in the area marked in red, or at least how this area can be reached from my application. Any help was appreciated.

To display a custom form in the main Outlook window, you need to configure the Outlook folder so that it displays the HTML file in the window of its home page. He can then use this HTML file to place the managed control inside.
