Adding images to the emulator gallery

I want to display images in my application. But in the emulator by default there is no picture. Therefore, he needs to add some images to the emulator. I tried it with adding images to the SD card, not getting success. Indicate the steps.

You can use the DDMS or adb push command to move images to the SD card. Be sure to launch MediaScanner from dev tools, publish this.
