How to show status bar originally hidden from iphone plist

I want to hide the status bar when I launch my application to see the startup image that was included in the status bar. so in the plist i added

Status bar is initially hidden YES 

and status bar. My problem is that the status bar is always on in my application, I want to hide the status bar just to start the image, what can I do?

 [[UIApplication sharedApplication] setStatusBarHidden:NO withAnimation:NO]; 

using this when starting the application :)

you can do this by adding the โ€œStatus Bar Initially Hiddenโ€ property to execute a plist, as shown below: - enter image description here

You can also set the property (Status bar Initially hidden) to "NO" in the Info.plist file in the application.

Just uncheck this property.

 [[UIApplication sharedApplication] setStatusBarHidden:NO animated:NO]; 

... works but is deprecated. Correct in iOS 3.2 and later:

 [[UIApplication sharedApplication] setStatusBarHidden:NO withAnimation:UIStatusBarAnimationNone];
