Difference between Report Builder in SQL Server and Reporting Services in VS

Hi, I'm trying to figure out the following: what's the difference between Report Builder in SQL Server and Reporting Services in VS?

It seems that they have both different wizard design screens, that is, one built-in to SQL Server, the other that you can create in Visual Studio .... they both have the same end results, etc.

No, they do not have the same results. You can significantly expand the capabilities of Visual Studio. Builder is intended mainly for very simple reports, although the user may get a bit creative, but he is nowhere close to the full capabilities that BI in VS unleashes.
