Where can I get the PalmOS SDK?

Where can I get the PalmOS SDK? - Use with PRC tools under Linux.

Palm / HP doesn't have them anymore, and Access will never send you a confirmation email ....

I know C, I just can't get the SDK and documents anywhere ...

I just want to work with a serial port. - Will be built on Linux (GCC / PRC tools)

It may be too late, but since accessdevnet.com seems to have left the PalmOS SDK version 5.0r3 mirror from here:

years later and after hard web digging

http://web.archive.org/web/20141224205957/http://cdn.xenu.tk/pub/palm-archive/pub/programming/sdk/

It seems to have all the SDKs, hopefully now I can program my good old Palm Pilot to interact with the Arduino or something like that.

UPDATE (also a few years later): https://github.com/acesso/palm-os-sdk I get a collection of (old) Palm SDKs going here

A quick Google search for "palm os sdk" led to the HP developer site with the download link at the top:
