Windows Azure SDK v1.6 does not contain csrun.exe, where can I download?

I downloaded and installed the official Windows Azure SDK v1.6, but for some reason csrun.exe (necessary to run the local package) is not located in the bin directory with all other exe files such as cspack.exe, etc. I tried reinstalling and still not got the executable. Is there anywhere to manually download this file, Google did not help ...

It installs a new v1.6 SDK in the directory

C: \ Program Files \ Windows Azure Emulator \ emulator

Just an update for this, it seems, is now installed in the following location.

C:\Program Files\Microsoft SDKs\Azure\Emulator

This question was triggered by my attempts to go to the post here http://blogs.msdn.com/b/brmeena/archive/2010/08/06/how-to-deploy-azure-roles-in-net-4-0- on-development-fabric.aspx on how to deploy to dev fabric.

Andrew Patterson is right in his answer above, and I noted this, but I also found that I could run this tool from the Windows Azure command line even when I couldn’t find .exe (I still can’t get a search in Windows 7)

The exchange here is for my own memories, as well as to help everyone who may encounter this problem.
