Removing DONE Tasks from the Agenda View

This seems like a normal use, so I suspect I'm missing something ...

During my daily planning, I add or delete tasks per day, changing the scheduled task day (Cc s). I use the column view on the agenda of the day to find out how much I planned for the day. When I complete the task, I mark it DONE.

I don't want DONE tasks to be displayed in this view because their time still contributes to the total (I want the total of what I have left per day).

But I can’t figure out how to filter by TODO status. '/' allows me to filter by tag, but how can I filter by status?

I think you want to set org-agenda-skip-scheduled-if-done to t .

See manual: Timing and Planning . He will hide the planned tasks that are already completed.

For those who stumble upon this and find that tggling org-agenda-skip-scheduled-if-done does not work, use Cc Cx Ca to add the tag :ARCHIVE: Org will skip jobs with ARCHIVE tags.
