How to determine the cps animation redraw speed (fps)?

I'm curious about the fluency of my CSS animations. Like some additional points:

  • I'm most interested in mobile performance (WebKit),
  • This will help if data can be collected during normal operation (with real users doing real things).

The negative answer: window.getComputedStyle will not give a result, because the JS program itself (so that the number of mesoscale) will slow down when the animation is heavily loaded.
