Is there any way to make NetBeans provide a new line at the end of the file?

I could not find this parameter in the settings, and could not find a plugin to solve this problem. I searched a lot. Maybe I missed something. Does anyone know how to do this?

If that matters, I am using NetBeans 7.1 beta.
