Why doesn't my inspector object show help for the current property?

I am using Delphi XE2 with installed installation.

I want to see tooltips for specific properties when they are selected in the Object inspector, but they do not appear. How can I make it work?

He simply says “Caption” below, without describing the property.

This is a function that the Delphi object inspector does not implement. Visual Studio has this feature. You may be used to it and expect to see the same in Delphi.

To find out information about an object, select it and press F1.
