MenuBar issues QT 4.7.4 on MAC OS LION

Question

I am new to QT programming. I want to create a simple menu with two menus and several actions (3 actions for the FILE menu and one action for the VIEW menu). I have a createMenus () method where I create these menus and actions and then add the created menus to the menu, but when I launch the application, it does not show this menu bar and I don’t know why. Can anyone tell what the problem is?
