Remove old problems in Xcode

I have one problem with Xcode - sometimes errors and warnings in Issue Navigator persist even when they are fixed. Therefore, I have no warnings / errors in the log. I can start my project, but I see errors in the status window and in the problems navigator.

I can filter them using "Show only problems from the latest build", but this is not what I want - I want to see all the actual warnings.

Do you know how to update information?

I experienced this even in 6.x. Cleaning and restoring the target does not help, and closing and reopening does not occur. What worked for me is the explosion of the Derived Data project. To do this, open the Organizer window (Cmd-Shift-2) and select the Projects tab. Select your problematic project and click the "Delete" button next to the "Derived Data" folder.

Updated to reflect the fact that this happens even in two major versions later.
