It’s not clear from your question whether you want the views to display all the terms in the Tags dictionary or if you are asking for a list of tags used to categorize content (for the latter, it’s “Show content of type x” (i.e., “Node view ").

If you want to show all the tags in the dictionaries of your tags, you create the view "Show taxonomy terms of tag type". You will find options for creating pages or blocks. There are several options for Display Format:

  • Grid
  • HTML List
  • Transition menu
  • Table
  • Unformatted list

If you click Continue and Edit, you will find that by default the terms in the list are links. Clicking on them will lead you to display a “teaser” for any content marked with a term. You can customize the sort order, add filtering, etc. And continue to customize your displays.
