Are iOS UDIDs case sensitive?

It is about adding devices to the initialization portal for special testing. The client sent me a UDID with uppercase letters, which I without stupidly added without verification. Wireless deployment does not work, and I wonder if this could be the reason, but first I want to check before using one of my 100 distributions.

Yes, UDIDs are case sensitive.
You can go through all the characters and turn them into lower case, if it's not a number.

It is true that iTunes lists the UDID in uppercase.

Keep in mind that in the "Member Center" you need to register the UDID in lower case, otherwise the device will not be recognized. Therefore, copying does not work for this!

When the device is recognized, the model and type will be indicated. If this is not the case, the device will not work in AdHoc mode.
