Tool for migrating from DB2 to MySQL

. The MySQL migration tool might have migrated from DB2 to MySQL, but the MySQL site says it is no longer available. However, I cannot find a replacement for this in Microsoft's workbench CE.

Where is the replacement or alternative solution?

I need a tool that is free and easy to use to help me transfer the db2 schema to mysql.

They have an express version that is free but limited, but it may be enough for your use. In any case, I see no reason why not to invest, since the transition from DB2 to mysql will save you money on support for the long term!
