Neo4j in the cloud

Question

Does anyone know cloud services (PaaS) that might be suitable for a spring / neo4j application. Anything you need to pay attention to?

AFAIK, Amazon EBS is currently the only stable option, Heroku is in private beta, and Cloud Foundry is under development.
