How to convert the MetaStock format to CSV?

Question

Does anyone know how to convert metastar data format to ASCII / CSV format?

Any sample code (C ++ / C #) will be very helpful.

Metalib is not a free .NET API for reading and writing Metastock files:

The "atem" command-line tool is an open source portable meta-statistics meta statistics analyzer in C / C ++. It's very fast.
