Problem installing Xcode for Delphi XE2 FireMonkey

I have Delphi XE2 installed on my Win XP Pro system, and Xcode is installed on my 4-week MacBook (my total Mac experience = 4 weeks). Installed paserver, exported the iOS project to Xcode, loaded it into Xcode (can see the project and the source of Pascal, etc.) and clicked on the run.

Error message failed. Detail -

Shell Script Call error / users / rob / Library .... line 4 / usr / local / lib / fpc / 2.5.1 / ppcross386: There is no such file or directory

Is the Pascal compiler for some reason? Or is something else missing? Does paserver help set up this stuff on a Mac? Could the problem be due to the fact that paserver does not have full access to my Win system at the time of its installation?

I struggle with this, and my unfamiliarity with the Mac (Lion) does not help ...

Well, I actually created a screencast / video that shows the steps that you need to take to configure everything. I think you forgot to install the FreePascal and FireMonkey tools on the Mac side.

Feel free to take a look at this article: http://bit.ly/pzfrcJ

There you should find all the necessary information, and you can follow the Screencast to complete the setup

Finally, I found the missing information -

Setup on Mac Simultaneous setup must be performed on Mac development, in addition to the standard Xcode installation. The FireMonkey-iOS.dmg image image file is usually installed using RAD Studio in the FireMonkey-iOS directory; this file should then be transferred to the Mac. Open it and run two installer packages:

fpc-2.4.4.intel-macosx.pkg installs Free Pascal 2.4.4 under / usr / local /. FireMonkey-IOS-XE2.pkg. copies the free Pascal 2.5.1 source to / Developer / Embarcadero / fpc /. copies the FMI source required for applications in / Developer / Embarcadero / fmi /. Builds and installs Free Pascal 2.5.1 under / usr / local /. Generates, creates, and sets the necessary iOS SDK headers in / Developer / Embarcadero / fpc /.

Now everything works.

Good Steffan video - very professional. However, my problem was on iOS specifically, so it did not help, however I took a couple of tips. We look forward to the iOS video referred to in the OSX video.

thanks
