How to hide the “Get CRM for Outlook” notification in Dynamics CRM 2011 for specific user accounts?

Question

We have about 4 guys sharing CAL to install CRM 2011. I need to hide the “get CRM for Outlook” notification for this shared user account.

CRM Client >> Settings >> Administation >> System Settings >> Outlook tab >> lower option - Get the Outlook Client message disabled
