Java language translation library

Question

I am trying to develop a desktop application for translation using Java to translate some text files from Russian into English (Spanish and English are also required).

I tried google-api-translate and it seems that everything is working fine, but I need something that can work offline.

I was wondering if you knew something that could help me, for free or not.

You cannot use the google API offline, you will have to purchase commercial software.
