Orientation iPhone Browser Emulator

I am looking for an iPhone browser emulator like iBBDemo2 for Windows. But since iBBDemo does not seem to support orientation (yes, it can be used, but this information is not sent to the server, as the iPhone does, to use this information in the JavaScript site), I'm looking for an alternative.

Or are there any full-featured emulators for the iPhone, such as Android for Android, without the commercial registration of Apple Developer?

There is a new emulator from Electric Plum (free light version). Apparently, this pro version supports JavaScript rotation.
