Using css is it possible to use an image for text color?

Can I make the textured text by somehow setting the image as the color of the text and repeating it throughout the text?

I do not think this is possible, sorry.

You need to make an image.

Although if you could create text with CSS masks , it will work :)

Yes, you can select the font of your choice and change it so that the contours are cut out from solid blocks (for example, “oversteer” glyphs are an image instead of “non-stationary” glyphs). You can embed this custom font into pages using CSS @ font-face , and then it's just a matter of applying the background in the usual way (and ensuring the correct line height, etc.).
