What fonts are included (i.e. installed by default), with which operating systems?

Is there a decent resource anywhere that lists fonts included in Mac OS X and (after XP) Windows?

Windows - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Microsoft_Windows_fonts (Includes the entire version of Windows, but it marks next to each font that is intended for which version (s)
