Support opdv facial sdk

I am looking for an SDK that can support face recognition, recognition and cluster. we tried Pittpatt and it works very well, however it was acquired by google and therefore froze a new contract. So we decide to use OpenCV , which is a low risk for business, as well as a high risk for technology.

We would like to find a company or person providing OpenCV face detection services.
