Flash - add a frame to the timeline, at the beginning of the timeline

Should there be an easier way to add frames at the beginning of the flash timeline?

I want to insert a few frames before the first frame, but I cannot find an easy way to do this in Flash CS5.

• I tried using the insert, it will put them to the right (frame 2 ..).
• I tried to drag all the frames of the film onto but it creates strange problems with teenagers (some even go away).

The only way I found this is to create a new movie, paste frames, and then copy / paste the entire movie from the original flash to this flash, is there a better way?

You can select multiple frames with shift and then drag them. Empty frames will be inserted to fill the previously used space.

As for losing your teens with this approach (if that's what you were doing) - just make sure you select all the frames on your timeline before doing this.
