Windows 7 SWT Table of selected row highlight color

Is there a way to set the background color of the selected row of the SWT table (FULL_SELECTION style) in a Windows 7 Aero theme? This appears to be a derived, lighter color from the background color of the table. But other than that, I don't seem to have much control over which color to use.

This is a problem for us, because some texts of our tabular elements (foreground) are gray white, so it is very difficult to read them if the line is selected against a light background. I already set the background color of the table to black, but the text is still pretty hard to see.

Are there any suggestions for color management?

Thanks! Ray

According to the Win32 SWT source file, exactly line 1611

if ((style & SWT.FULL_SELECTION) != 0) bits1 |= OS.LVS_EX_FULLROWSELECT;

graphic style SWT.FULL_SELECTION obtained directly from the OS (for LVS_EX_FULLROWSELECT see Advanced lookup list styles on MSDN ).

So it’s impossible to change the style.
