Does facebook keep android's intention to still break?

When I want to share a link that does not end in .php or .html, the facebook application displays the path of my URL:

/questions/63218/share-text-on-facebook-from-android-app-via-actionsend

will become

 https://stackoverflow.com/ 

Has anyone else encountered this error? Should I open it in Facebook bug tracking?

Can't you just add /?.php to the URL that most servers won't be surprised by the argument.
