ITunes connects the time zone

After reading the connect question, itunes connect IM is still confused in the following scenarios

1) Price changes

If I plan to change the price at 12 o’clock on Monday, should all application countries wait until 12 a.m. on Monday local time for price changes? Or will all countries keep the price of the change in the same instance when the itunes connection site visits 12 a.m. on Monday?

2) Sales and trends

Im in Australia and her on August 7th here and on Itunes bind him on August 6th. Sales and trends just uploaded the daily report for August 5th. Will this report now show Australia's August 5th report or will it show Australia's August 6th report?

From my observations:

1) I planned a price change at 12 AM Monday EST (Australian Standard Time, Eastern Standard Time). The price changed at 12:00 Eastern Standard Time in the Australian app store and changed at approximately 12:00 Eastern Standard Time in the US App Store.

Thus, you need to wait until it reaches the same time in all time zones of stores, that is, the application will show a price change of 12am in each country depending on their time zone.

2) The app was released on August 5, iTunes Connect time (August 6, EST). My friends and I downloaded it from the Australian App Store when it was released. I looked at the report on August 5 and did not see downloads from Australia, only from the USA. Thus, he showed data for August 5th EST, which are not downloads, because the application was not available in Australia on the 5th, but the 6th.
