Emulator issue after new ADT update

Question

Hi, after upgrading to ADT 12, it looked normal at first, then I had such problems:

The emulator does not start correctly and gives the problem that I report below

I tried using fast code from XML windows, and it mixes the code line, and everyone has faced the same problems.

Delete all the "* .lock" directories in your AVD directory, i.e. [...] /. android / avd / [youravd] .avd

Sometimes you also need to remove snapshots.img

Path to AVD folders in Windows 7:

C: \ Users \ (YourUsername) \ .android \ avd \ (YourAVDsName.avd) \

Delete the userdata and sdcard image files from the avd folder. This will fix this error for me.

To clear the “already in use” problem without losing the state of your AVD, the specific files to be deleted are the “pid files” in the .lock directories in the “YourAVDName.avd” section. I did this while the AVD was not working, but I did not test it without closing the AVD, so I don’t know for sure if this is necessary (although this seems logical.)

AVD blocks some resources that can be started. Clear the .lock directories, AVD may not have closed properly, resulting in the resources still being locked, AVD unlocking the resources by simply deleting the .lock directories, you can do this manually by deleting the .lock directories.
