CSS equivalent of <big>

Google Chrome says:
big { font-size: larger; } This should be appropriate CSS. In any case, do not use tags of type big , as they contradict the rule, which states that HTML should be used to describe the content, and not the appearance. You can go for something like:
<span class="important-text">My important text</span> And use this in CSS:
span.important-text { font-size: larger; } What is the correct form, whereas
<big>My important text</big> wrong.
