Creating a Virtual MIDI Port

I want to create a virtual loopback loop MIDI program that creates virtual MIDI ports for connecting applications on Windows that want to open the MIDI hardware ports for communication.

SOrry, if I'm not clear on my requirements, here is an example application that does what I intend to do.

After many nights of searching, the best way I've found is to actually use the Tobias Eriksen driver.

Its driver works very well, and if you email it, it will provide you with the necessary API.
