Cannot find Window builder pro in indigo eclipse

I read that Eclipse Indigo has a Window Builder Pro plugin, but I can't see where it is. File / Create / Project does not allow me to select Window Builder Pro. How to find him?

• WindowBuilder elements are located in the "General Tools" section (or use a filter).
