Cannot find Window builder pro in indigo eclipse

I read that Eclipse Indigo has a Window Builder Pro plugin, but I can't see where it is. File / Create / Project does not allow me to select Window Builder Pro. How to find him?

I also expected and realized that WindowBuilder would go into Indigo, but apparently they changed their mind at the last minute. Instead, they “announce” “WindowBuilder, the creator of the world-class Eclipse-based GUI, is now available as an open source Eclipse project,” as the new Indigo feature, which is clearly not a new feature of indigo, as the open source plugin has 2 releases for eclipse in open source format.

http://eclipse.org/windowbuilder/download.php

In this URL you can find links to the site update site and Zipped Update for Eclipse 3.4 (Ganymede) to 4.2 (Juno), just a hyperlink ...

It is included in the Eclipse update sites (at least in Juno):

open the installation site for the new software, then click "Add", paste this link http://archive.eclipse.org/windowbuilder/WB/release/R201106211200/3.7/ into the location. he will work.
