Do not show .svn folders in Eclipse.

In Eclipse, the PHP Explorer view (which shows the project folders) is polluted with .svn folders. It annoys if there is a way to hide them, because I searched everywhere for the documentation and didn't find it.

almost all views, such as explorer and outline views in eclipse, have the ability to filter visible elements by regular expression. you can find the menu by clicking on the small descending triangle in the upper right corner of the view, then select the Filters item, then click the name filter filter button., enter sth as *svn and voila.

Open eclipse and right click on your project in the workspace. Select "Properties" and select a resource. Add a resource filter of type 'exclude Enter the name of the .svn folder and click OK.

Although I do not use Subclipse to actually access SVN, I find that installing it is convenient in that it removes all .svn folders from your project view. And it gives you visual cues regarding the given state of the file with respect for SVN in general. Kind of a high price to pay, though ...
