ASP.NET MVC 3 Hosting Using MongoDB

I would like to hear if any of you have experience developing and hosting such an application?

What do you think of the merger of the two? Is there any way to place it somewhere in the cloud (Azure, Amazon ...)? What resources (tools, drivers, documentation) did you use for development?

Thanks!:)

I have several applications with asp.net mvc 3 and mongodb.

For regular web hosting, asp.net mvc. For mongodb, I use unix hosting (since it costs several times lower than Windows hosting).

It's all. Hope this helps you get started quickly.

What do you think of combining the two?

Mongodb is well suited for many web applications, it can be easily used with asp.net mvc 3, since there is a good driver for C # that contains all the latest features.

I recently developed a small application using ASP.NET and MongoDB. I placed the application on a cheap shared hosting Windows @ www.FreeWindHosting.com and posted the db on www.MongoLabs.com.

I will write a small backup to backup my free MongoLab db on Amazon S3, but otherwise this setup works great, even with a few β€œhandshakes” between each application and MomgoLab.
