Web FrameWork for managing users and groups

Question

We are developing a web application and are looking for a reliable existing infrastructure / application in which there are user management, group management, login screens, group admin screens, User SignUp, etc. I have the feeling that all SaaS providers require such a thing, and there must be something existing, and I no longer need to write everything. I searched google but couldn't find anything like it, but I am sure there is something like this, since this is such a basic requirement for any web application. It can either be in the form of a separate server, or it can be integrated into our application, the language is not important for us. Easy integration and setup are important

Our Cloudseal platform handles user and group management, username, password reset, account lockout, etc. Currently, it is mainly used for intranet and extranet, i.e. There is no end-user registration screen, but we do have a REST interface so that you can collect user data on your site and make a REST request to register it with Cloudsal.
