Should I add .vs10x to the source control?

After installing the VS10x Code Card, I found that it created .vs10x files for all my projects.

I opened these files in Notepad and found that they only contain text:

This file contains alternative data Streams, configuration saving information used by CodeSMART 10 and VS10X Extensions.

PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE.

Should I add .vs10x to the source control?

Thanks.

Mercurial does not support alternative data streams, so you can check this file, but I don’t think you need it, since it is associated with custom tool configuration information. Treat it like a .suo or .user file and ignore it.
