What is a good Perl code navigator?

I am going to write some plugins for a rather huge Perl project. Now I wanted to get an idea of the project by reading interesting sections of the code. But I do not have a good code navigator. Some features that I would like to see:

  • right click on the subtitle and go to sub
  • find all places where sub is called
  • find all places where the variable is used

Is there anything that does this for free?

EDIT: Also, I would like to go forward / backward, so after switching to sub, I can pick up where I left off.
